if your thingness branded NFC product cracks, fades, or stops tapping, send it back. we repair or reprint it, free, for as long as we exist. Existing warranty promises remain honoured. For new bespoke manufacturing projects, acceptance, defect handling and support terms are agreed in the project quote.
why we started
hi, i'm praveen.
thingness exists because the branded objects on an indian counter were either generic gadgets or single-colour trinkets. a café would spend months on its identity and then put a laminated QR card next to the till. that card is the last thing a customer touches, and nobody was designing it.
that starting point grew into a wider kind of work: components for electronics, displays for retail campaigns and custom development. the principle stays the same — understand the job before deciding how to make it.
