We make and dispatch orders from Bengaluru and deliver across India.

Production and dispatch

Social Tap Bar orders are made to order. Estimated dispatch is 5–7 days after you approve your design proof. This is the production period, not the delivery time.

For other custom projects, we confirm the production schedule and delivery estimate with your quote. Please share your delivery city or PIN code and any deadline before approving the project.

Shipping charges and transit

Shipping charges for online purchases are shown at checkout before payment. For quoted projects, delivery charges and arrangements are confirmed in your quote. Transit time depends on the delivery location and courier; it is additional to production time.

Tracking and delivery questions

For tracking, a delayed parcel or a delivery issue, contact hello@thingness.in with your order reference. If an item arrives damaged, please send photos and the order reference within 48 hours so we can investigate.
