  By visiting and/or purchasing from Thingness ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms
   of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
                                                                                            
  Products and pricing                                            
                                         
  All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to      
  refuse or cancel any order, including if a product is mispriced or if we reasonably
  suspect the order is fraudulent. Customizable products require accurate input from you    
  (name, photo, color choice); see the per-product page and our Refund Policy for what
  happens when input can't be printed cleanly.

  Intellectual property

  All product designs, photographs, and copy on this site are owned by Thingness. You may   
  not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any of it without written permission. When
  you upload custom photos or designs as part of an order, you confirm you own the rights to
   that content or have permission to use it. We are not liable for any IP claims arising
  from customer-supplied content.        

  Payments

  Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and Razorpay. We do not store your full card   
  details. COD orders are accepted only on Type 1 (catalog) items, are subject to a ₹50
  handling fee, and require a minimum order of ₹500.

  Don't use the site for fraud, harassment, or to upload content that's illegal, hateful, or
   violates someone else's rights. We may cancel orders and refuse future service if you do.
                                                                                            
  Limitation of liability                                         
                                         
  Thingness is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the
   site or our products. Our maximum liability for any single order is the order value
  itself.                                                                                   
                                                                  
  Governing law                          

  These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts
